As a User, you may have the ability to post listing (job or service) on the Platform. You agree that all listings you post will be accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of your listings and any consequences arising from posting inaccurate or misleading information.
All submissions are free (limited time offer), and each listing will remain active for 60 days upon approval. Expired listings will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
3. Jobs and Services Applications
As a User applying for jobs through the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your application materials. The Platform is not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers using the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of listings, and we encourage Users to exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence.
4. User Content
The Platform may allow you to post, submit, or upload content, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, and job listings (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by providing it to us, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform’s operation and promotion.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform’s functionality. You also agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Use the Platform to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Harass, intimidate, or threaten other Users or the Platform personnel.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users’ accounts.
- Use automated means, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Platform or collect User information.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
5.1 Prohibited Listings and Companies
Jobs, services or companies related to below activities are prohibited to be publish in the Platform:
- Gambling and betting
- Porn and Sex
- Alcohol / Liquor
- Cigarettes, tobacco, nicotine products including electronic cigarettes.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about our Users.
7. Modifications to the Platform
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Platform without liability or notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold The Platform, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEEKENDEARN.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
