Weekend Care Worker

What You’ll Do:

• Support adults (18+) with disabilities, long-term conditions, or mental health needs to live safely and independently at home.
• Build long-term relationships with regular, local clients (no rushed visits—we offer 30-minute minimum call times).
• Receive extra training to confidently support specific conditions.

What You’ll Need:

• A full driving licence and access to a car
• A kind heart, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Competitive Pay:

• Respite Calls: £12.60 – £13.20/hour
• Homecare Calls:
• £14.25/hour (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm)
• £14.75/hour (Mon–Fri, 6pm–10pm)
• £15.25/hour (Weekends)
• £16.25/hour (Bank Holidays)

Travel Covered:

• Up to 1 hour of paid travel time per shift
• 45p per mile mileage allowance
